Thanks for ordering with BackMod. Here's how shipping works.
Where we ship
We currently ship to most addresses in the UK, US, Canada, EU, and Australia. If your address isn't supported at checkout, that means we can't reach you yet.
Processing
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within a couple of business days of being placed. Order volume, public holidays, and supplier capacity can occasionally extend this.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates depend on your location and the carrier handling your parcel. Typical guidance:
- UK: usually arrives within about a week of dispatch
- US, Canada, EU: usually around one to two weeks
- Australia and other regions: a little longer
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control can affect timing.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take a day or two to start showing meaningful detail.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives visibly damaged, get in touch and we'll work with the carrier to look into it.
